Refund Policy - the basics

Because tile installation and flooring projects are custom and labor-based, we do not offer automatic refunds once services have been completed. If you have concerns regarding workmanship, please notify us so we can evaluate the issue. When appropriate, we will provide a repair, service adjustment, or alternative solution to ensure your flooring meets our quality standards.

Materials and Products

Refunds or returns on tile, grout, or other flooring materials may be subject to the supplier’s policies. We will assist you in navigating these options if applicable.
