Terms & Conditions

Welcome to DOW Floors. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our tile installation or flooring services.

1. Services Provided

We specialize in professional tile installation, custom flooring design, and related services. All projects are completed according to industry standards, with a focus on quality, durability, and customer satisfaction.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • All quotes or estimates provided are based on the information available at the time.

  • Final costs may vary depending on project scope, materials, or site conditions.

  • A deposit may be required prior to the start of work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Refunds

Our Refund Policy applies to all projects.  If you have concerns with workmanship, please contact us right away and we will review the concern and provide a repair, service adjustment, or alternative solution where appropriate.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules and circumstances can change, but cancellations affect both our scheduling and project planning. To ensure fairness, we apply the following cancellation terms:

  • Before Project Start: If you cancel a scheduled project more than 31 days in advance, your deposit is fully refundable.

  • Late Cancellation (within 30 days): Cancellations made within 30 of the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit to cover scheduling and administrative costs.

  • After Work Has Begun: Once tile installation or flooring work has started, deposits are non-refundable, and clients are responsible for payment of labor and materials already used or ordered.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new timeline without penalty.

5. Materials and Products

Tile, grout, and other flooring materials are subject to availability. Any warranties on materials are provided directly by the manufacturer or supplier. We are not responsible for defects in third-party products but will assist clients in navigating warranty claims.

6. Liability

We take every precaution to deliver safe, high-quality workmanship. However, DOW Floors is not liable for damages caused by:

  • Pre-existing structural issues or site conditions outside our control.

  • Improper maintenance, misuse, or modifications made after project completion.

  • Delays due to supplier shortages, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
